Dr. D. Bradley Snow is Associate Director of Bands and Director of the Cowboy Marching Band at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Snow holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from The University of Missouri, a Master of Music Performance from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Doctor of Musical Arts in conducting from the same university. His teaching responsibilities include marching band methods, band literature, and music education courses.

Prior to joining the Oklahoma State band staff, Snow served as Assistant Director of Bands at The University of Southern Mississippi where his duties included directing The Pride of Mississippi marching band, the Golden Eagle basketball pep bands, and conductor of the University Concert Band. Snow also served as the organizer of the All-South Marching Band, All-South Drum Major and Color Guard Camp, and the All-South Concert Band.

Before joining the Southern Miss band staff, Snow performed with the United States Marine Band at Quantico, Virginia as the band's principal trumpet player and cornet soloist. As leader of the Marine Corps's premier brass quintet, he led performances in Northern Ireland that aired live over the BBC. During his Marine Band tenure, Snow also served as assistant conductor of the concert band and ceremonial band. Snow was the recipient of numerous military honors and awards, including being a finalist for the Marine Corps Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year award and two-time recipient of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

Snow has also enjoyed success as a public school band director. Under his direction, the Warrenton High School wind ensemble of suburban St. Louis, Missouri received superior ratings at the local, state, and national levels. In 1994, his band was named sweepstakes champion of the Bowl Games of America music festival held in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and appeared at half-time of the 1995 NFL playoffs in Miami.

Snow is in demand as guest conductor, clinician, adjudicator, and trumpet player throughout the United States. Notable performances have included performing as part of the opening ceremonies of the International Trumpet Guild conference in Manchester, England and guest conductor of La banda dell'esercito, the Italian Army Band, in Rome, Italy. He has also served as the executive administrator of The National Band Association, the world's largest organization for bands, where he was responsible for the daily operation of the national office.
