Natasha Kaurin-KaracaMs. Natasha Kaurin-Karaca

Adjunct Professor of Ear Training, Sight Singing,

Class Piano, and Music Appreciation

 

 

 

Ms. Natasa Kaurin-Karaca is an adjunct professor at Oklahoma State University. She teaches sight singing and ear training, class piano, online music appreciation, and conducts the ensemble for modern music “Frontiers.” She received BA in Music Theory and Education at the University of Novi Sad, in former Yugoslavia. In 2003 she received MM in Choral Conducting from The Ohio State University, where she studied with Dr. Hilary Apfelstadt.
Ms. Kaurin-Karaca worked as an artist in residence for Greater Columbus Arts Council, taught elementary and high school choral programs in Bosnia and United States, founded and conducted Slavic ensemble at The Ohio State University, and has been an avid performer of new music.
She has been teaching at Oklahoma State University since 2006.
