Concert Chorale is an auditioned mixed ensemble of approximately 46 singers. Comprised of majors from throughout the university community, it is the premier
singing ensemble at Oklahoma State University. Chorale presents four main season concerts each year, does recordings, and hosts several guest conductors and
composers each season. Composer Morten Lauridsen was a composer-in-residence this past year, as well as Dr. Jo-Michael Scheibe (University of Southern
California) and overtone specialist, Stuart Hinds. Ola Gjeilo (composer) will be a featured composer during the 2011-2012 season, as well as a master class
with CHANTICLEER in October.
