Oklahoma State University voice students are provided opportunities each semester to be coached by some of the most highly acclaimed singers and vocal coaches
working today. Recent guest artists include:
Sherrill Milnes, baritone:
Sang with the New York Metropolitan Opera from 1965-1997; recording artist with Placido Domingo and Luciano Pavorotti.
Leone Mitchell, lyrico-spinto soprano:
Sang in all of the major opera houses of the world, including her 1975 debt at the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
Kevin Short, bass-baritone:
Sang with Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Houston Grand, Washington Opera and many others.
Jeremy Frank, vocal coach:
One of this generation's most respected pianists and vocal coaches. Mr. Frank is the Assistant Conductor of the Los Angeles
Opera.
Sarah Coburn, coloratura soprano:
Born in 1977, she has performed leading roles at the Metropolitan Opera, Los Angeles Opera, Welsh National Opera, and
many other houses across the world.
Linda Di Fiori, mezzo-soprano:
Well-known teacher and vocal pedagogue from north Texas. Her students have won prizes all over the world.
